Our residence is protected by CCTV in all outdoor and common indoor areas within the residence. Residence is 50m away from the bus stops where regular bus services operate to all universities in Nicosia (Near East University, Cyprus International University and others). Köçklüçiftlik area in Nicosia is famous for its restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cafés and shops. The backside of the Gülden Plümer Residence is the only park in Koşklüciftlik area Kumsal park, which offers a nice walk to the shopping district of the Koşklüciftlik, just in 5 minutes. A supermarket is conveniently located just across the residence for grocery shopping.
Our dormitory is approved by the Department of Education, and offers quiet and peaceful accommodation to its guests. Every room comes with a flat screen Full HD TV with satellite connection, air condition unit, 24 hours hot water, microwave oven, kettle, fridge, table, bed, electrical cooker, cupboard and a couch. Each room has its own bathroom and kitchenette. Additionally our residence offers wired and wireless internet service.
